Create a wine that reflects your company. Discover Bordeaux grape varieties and the basics of tasting, then take on a creative challenge: making your own cuvée. Each team imagines its blend, its label and its sales pitch, then presents it to the other participants, who also act as the jury. A fun activity that builds cohesion and team spirit.

The most dynamic: the Winemaker’s Œn’Olympiades
Become the craftspeople of your signature cuvée by taking on the challenges of the wine trades: winegrower, cellar master, oenologist and sommelier. Tailor-made wine workshops
Give your employees or management committee an immersion in the world of wine through sensory, one-of-a-kind wine workshops adapted to your expectations. Tasting, discovery of Bordeaux grape varieties, aromas, the touch of wine, food and wine pairing or wine service: each session combines learning, conviviality and the pleasure of tasting. From Bordeaux’s great wines to the most prestigious classified growths, the wine selection is fully customised.

“Wine Casino” activity tables
A true ice-breaker at the start of a meal or throughout a cocktail: feel, play, taste, win! Challenge your senses and your knowledge with workshop tables and roving activities that reveal the different facets of wine: “terroir and biodiversity”, “winemaking and wine faults”, “aromas and colours of wine”, “blind tastings”, “wine and chocolate pairings”.

Frequently asked questions
Do team-building events take place at Château Balestard La Tonnelle in Saint-Émilion or in Bordeaux?
Both! All our team-building activities are mobile, so you can enjoy them in Saint-Émilion, in Bordeaux, and even at your own premises! We can host up to 200 people at the estate and up to 300 people at the venue of your choice.
Can we do a wine-themed team building without tasting?
Absolutely! You can have an unusual team-building event without tasting while still discovering the world of wine, like EscapeWine. We have also developed a range of CSR activities with Naturanim for groups wishing to strengthen their corporate commitments.
Do you organise team building during meals?
Yes. We offer various activities for both seated meals and cocktail format. This type of team building, a little less immersive than our other wine activities, fits a wide range of mealtime settings. We make sure to challenge the players between courses or services.
How many wines are tasted during team building?
It’s up to you! Generally, after your team building you can taste between 1 and 3 wines, but it can be more if you wish!
Where have you already organised wine team building with Oenanim?
We can easily travel to any venue to organise wine team building. We have, however, been lucky enough to work many times with some emblematic venues of the Bordeaux area such as: Château de Gassies, Hôtel Grand Barrail, Les Cordeliers de Saint-Émilion, Cap Sciences, the Cité du Vin, Les Sources de Caudalie, the Relais de Margaux…
