The Cap de Mourlin family has disappeared! Discover their secret by searching, handling objects, observing and foiling sensory puzzles and codes. You can then take part in an introductory wine course with a tasting of wines and chocolates.
In the heart of Château Balestard La Tonnelle, a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé, take part in EscapeWine®, a wine escape game followed by an introduction to wine tasting with Saint-Émilion Grands Crus and chocolates.

Your mission
For one hour, play the escape game through the different worlds based on the stages of wine tasting (“Dressing room… Admire its colour”, “Kitchen… Intoxicate yourself with its aroma”, “Games room… Feel its body”): search, handle objects, use logic and foil the sensory puzzles to find the code that unlocks the château winemaker’s wine secret. The Cap de Mourlin family has recently disappeared, just before the curse falls upon you!
Then join an introduction to wine tasting, where the words from the escape game take on their full meaning, and taste our Saint-Émilion grands crus classés with chocolates from the artisan Denis Daubos. Children can taste syrups and take part in coded games and puzzles while the parents taste. For families with younger children, a special family puzzle is available, with coded games for the children during the parents’ tasting.
