1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the services offered by OENANIM, in particular:
- wine workshops
- wine-tourism services
- gift vouchers
- event services
OENANIM does not sell any wine at a distance.
2. How the contract is concluded
Services can be booked in several ways:
- Online via www.oenanim.fr (distance contract)
- On site on the day of the service
- Through partners (gift boxes, platforms, tourist offices)
Depending on the booking method, specific rules may apply, notably regarding the right of withdrawal.
3. Services
The services are leisure activities.
They take place in particular at Château Balestard la Tonnelle in Saint-Émilion or at other partner venues.
Services for groups or companies are provided on the basis of a quote.
4. Order
4.1 Online booking
The order is confirmed after payment and acceptance of the GTCS.
A confirmation is sent immediately by email.
4.2 On-site booking
The order is concluded directly on the day of the service.
4.3 Booking through partners
Booking may be made through partners such as: Wonderbox, Smartbox, Sport Découverte, Funbooker, Babasport or tourist offices.
In this case:
- the partner’s conditions apply to the purchase
- these GTCS apply to the performance of the service
5. Prices
Prices are stated in euros (€) including tax.
OENANIM reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without effect on orders already confirmed.
6. Payment
Payment can be made:
- online when booking
- on site on the day of the service
- through a partner
For services provided on a quote, a deposit may be requested.
7. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are sent electronically.
- Validity: 12 months
- Use by reservation
- Not refundable after expiry
An exchange may be offered in the form of a credit note.
8. Right of withdrawal
Dated services (online booking)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activities provided on a specific date.
Gift vouchers
The customer has 14 days to withdraw, unless the voucher has been used.
On-site booking
No right of withdrawal applies.
Partners
The withdrawal conditions are those of the partner.
Effect of the right of withdrawal
If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, OENANIM will refund the customer all sums paid, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which OENANIM is informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to a different means of refund and provided that the refund incurs no cost for the customer.
Withdrawal form
The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal using the form below or by any unambiguous statement expressing their wish to withdraw.

9. Changes and cancellation
By the customer
Any change must be requested at least 72 hours before the service. Otherwise, the service may be considered due.
By OENANIM
If the service cannot be provided, OENANIM will offer:
- a postponement
- or a refund
10. Liability
OENANIM is liable by operation of law for the proper performance of the contract, in accordance with the regulations.
Its liability may be limited only in the case of:
- fault of the customer
- unforeseeable act of a third party
- force majeure
11. Conditions of participation
The customer must follow the safety instructions.
Certain activities may be subject to conditions (age, physical fitness).
12. Alcohol consumption
The services include tastings.
The customer undertakes to behave responsibly.
13. Personal data
Data is used for order management.
The customer has rights of access, modification and deletion.
14. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer may use a mediator free of charge.
